Casting Instructions for 'Protection'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • 1 pinch of Fennel Seeds
  • 1 pinch of Cumin
  • 3 Beans
  • 3 Cactus Spines
  • 3 pinches of Basil
  • 3 pieces of Clove Spice
  • 1 pinch of Curry
  • 3 leaves of Laurel
  • Grains of rice
  • 1 pinch of Rosemary
  • 3 Black Pepper
  • A blue bag with matching strings

Fold away all of the ingredients in a bag and while knotting it, say:

"All evil stay away from me
The enemy will surely flee
I gain protection and defense
Oh Goddess fill my Talismans."

Carry the Talisman in your pocket, purse, backpack, etc for protection.

I would reduce the number of items, some of these work better in other spells. Each item has multiple uses, so if you do not focus the energy correctly, the energy can become muddy and the spell be less effective. I would also tweak the chant slightly, especially if you do not work with a deity. Overall, it can work, just a few suggestions to improve it.
