• holy water
  
• some healty leaves
  
• a silver spoon
  
• and a cup of the herb thyme

A potion that increase sleep to anyone who drinks thee.

Now with the pot of holy water take some leaves ( 5 L-1 hour, 10 L- 2 hour, et cetera) depending on how is the leaves you have in the pot is how long the person will sleep. then take three pinches of thyme into the pot take the silver spoon and stir clockwise with saying the chant:

spirits of dreams, i call you here to help this person sleep, So that the person will stop counting sheep, (he or she) shall sleepas if dead very deep in a dream, nothing shall wake (him or her) up from a noise or a scream, SO MOTE IT BE

pass the potion to the drinker
