First, choose an entity to work with: a spirit, demon, God, angel, Satan, you get the idea. Tell any of the spirits mentioned: "I sell (body part) in order to get (power you want, thing you desire). I sacrifice it willingly to make this happen".
And now the spell is done, but I suggest not selling your soul, spirit, whole body, your mind, or any part of your body that's necessary to live. And do not ask a spirit to share emotions or to share anything you have such as your soul/spirit, and I suggest not to curse unless you want to it's your choice, just know in alchemy everything comes back in equal or greater value.
Sorry, not working that way, But alchemy means something like +''Microcosmos and Macrocosmos'' diagram, writing ''Alchemy Symbol'', ''Planet Symbol'' +like having mercury, suphur, cooper, iron and its effect on magic works also ''elemental alchemy symbol'' or + some sort things like ''how to make Philosopher stone'', ''magnum opus'', etc & ''magical diagram'' about human ''minor chakras'', ''dan tian'', parts of soul, plane of existance.+ Alchemy is like Chemistry and Physics but in magical, Parapsychological parts worlds.+ it have nothing to do with 'selling body/mind/soul parts to some entities', just sorry also the chanting effort is so little small

Ya know, we have a body for a reason....Its built, shaped and formed like how it is so we can function in daily life.. Trust me, missing a body part is horrible. And I should know, I was born blind and have only been able to see for about 3 years now.
sometimes mystical creatures or magical means like when we burn organ or make a soup of animal body parts. But selling is usually a energy soul parts or energy from your etheric body, taking a bit of your fire inside.(but this spell is not working)
