First meditate. Then sit in cross legged position. Put a cup of water and a candle in front of you. After this close your eyes and try to feel your spirit , try to feel earth , try to feel air around you , try to feel water and fire in front of you. Then chant - " Earth beneath my feet guide me strong , air around me steer me true , water in front of me wash away my fears , fire beside me give me courage , spirit within me keep me true , return to me all as one , from my begining to my end. " chanting this you must have to feel fresh , positive.
