Casting Instructions for 'Release Your Anger'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Rose oil
  • Black or pink candle

  • Black or pink candle

Burn the rose oil.

Burn the black or pink candle.

Sit down.

Visualize a blue crystal ball in your head. Than visualize that all your anger go into the blue crystal ball. Breath deeply.

Visualize again that the ball is taken by a dragon or an angel.

 Repeat this every-time you want.
