Combine rosewater, witch hazel, and a few drops of tea tree oil in a glass jar. As you combine them, imbue loving energies of beauty into the mixture. Seal the jar and keep in a cool, dark place. To use the toner, dip a cotton ball in the solution and dab all over your face, especially the T-Zone.
