Hold the stone in your hands and say this 3x "My eyes are dull i want a new color , I want my eyes to be (color). My old color was (color). Gods hear my plea , mote it be, mote it be!"

You cannot change your eye colour. At best, you can cast a glamour so people perceive your eyes as a different shade, but your eyes will not change.
