Sit in a comfortable position. Place both of your hands apart, then imagine cords of energy connecting your hands. Mold this energy into a ball. Your body may experiencing some tingling but this is normal.
It's the basics for spell casting, you need to be able to feel and focus the energy to cast spells. Psi balls can be used to charge objects, they can also be used in healing, of you place your hands slightly above someone and ''roll'' the psi ball on an injured area the person should feel warmth from the energy and the pain decrease [the wound won't instantly vanish but it should heal quicker]
Very simplistic, but is is basically how you do it. If you are new to this, I recommend slowly, gently, rubbing your hands together to wake up the energy, then slowly pull them apart and cup them as if you are holding a ball. Next, imagine a ball of energy in your hand. If you wish to think of Goku, Naruto or another character who conjures energy balls in their hand, you can. It will not be identical to what you saw in the show, however. You should feel a warm pulse or tingle in your hands as a slight pressure pushes against it as if you are holding something.
