First take a deep breath and get into a meditative state.
Then hold the Kyo Mudra.
Now hold this Mudra to your third eye (located in the center of your eyes on your forehead)
Hold it there for as long as you feel you need to.
Side note, This should help with the telepathy spell I previously listed.
Good question. Madras are hand poses used to symbolise ideas and truths in Buddhism and Swinton. They were used in meditation and contemplation.
By my searching, though, there are nine mudras that were used. Rin, pyo, to, sha, kai, Jin, retsu, zai, zen. Each has a meaning and a mantra associated with it.
Kyo, I an unable to find. I surmise it may have been a typo and the writer meant Pyo; Hands together, pinkies and ring fingers interlocked (often on the inside). Index finger and thumb raised and pressed together, middle fingers cross over index fingers and their tips curl back to touch the thumbs' tips, the middle-fingers' nails touching.(wikipedia)
