Nonsense. If you wish to open your chakras, there are a plethora of ways you can do it, but writing down you want your chakras to be open is not one of them. Wearing clothes the same colour as the chakra your are trying to open, placing crystals on them, sounds, meditation, visualization, exercise, yoga poses, singing, dancing, cleaning, decluttering, scents, foods, all of these things, if done mindfully, can help open and balance your chakras.
