Casting Instructions for 'Nightmare Aid'
Sit on the floor with the lit candle between your legs. Slowly calm your body and meditate. A little at a time, let your negative thoughts, energy and bad emotions fall into the candle.Let your body and mind feel content. The spell????s duration varies per person.
When done, blow the candle out and let the negativity disperse into the air. Then go to bed.
Side Note: When you go to sleep think of happy and content thoughts.
