Take one dream catcher (CQ dream catchers are preferred.) and hang it near the foot of your bed. Then, take the second one and had it overhead, above the headboard. They don't need to be directly across each other, or at the same level. This will create a barrier of magic that will block off bad dreams and negative thought. In the morning, the barricade will envelope you in a layer of magic that can be tainted, but will protect you from nightmare spirits. The strength of the catchers will decide how durable the layer is.
