1. Bring the hands together to make a ball
with the finger tips and thumbs pointing to
one another but not touching.
2. Try to feel the energy between the finger
tips and palms, once you feel this energy
move to step three.
3. Breath in and out to make this energy
grow more and more.
4. Thrust the palms out and imagine this
energy as going out from thee.

Tip: The Chi is an energy that darts to and
fro throughout the body. It is influenced
by the breathe and is situated at the solar
plexus which is a good focal point.
