Put your open hand infront of you. Visulise energy swirling above your hand. If you get tired,visulise energy comming from the moon, sun, orthe earth. I sometimes need to literally clear my mind to do this.

Want a sheild or sword? Visulise it! I use every day items, or even imaginary stuff.
