Take rabbit foot rabbit ear and rabbit hair.Set them in front of you sit criss cross and hold the candle in your Left hand and light the candle.Then say I WISH TO BE A RABBIT I WISH TO BE A RABBIT I WISH TO BE A RABBIT PLEASE GODS AND GODDES LISTEN TO ME I WISH TO BE A RABBIT SO MOTE IT BE.

No this spell does not work, physical transformation is not possible with magick.

Cause I really want to become an animal

You are human and will remain one.

We cant physically turn into an animal or vampire,wolfs and grow wing or tails

You cannot physically transform into a rabbit.

Why would you want to take parts of rabbits that's animal cruelty. Do not try this, this is just a waste of time. You can't do anything physical to yourself. Physical transformation is not possible with magic at all.
