  • cotton ball(optional)
  • strand of victim's hair
  • concentration

take the tear and the cotton ball and place one on the other.if no coton ball, just pour tear onto edge of strand, saying,''by the demons tear tonight, take hold the fear all of the one i hate the most, making them an empty host to all who live to maim and curse them for causing pain. must be done EXACTLY BY INSTRUCTIONS or it WILL NOT WORK.
