  • 1 voodoo doll size bed
  • 1 voodoo doll head sized pillow
  • 5 grey pins
  • 2 grey candles

Put the bed,put the pillow on the bed, put the candles, light them. Then put the pins on the voodoo doll, put the voodoo doll on the bed and blow out the candles.

As outlined, this will not work for most people. If you create a doll in your image, stuff it with herbs with soothing energy as well as a strand of your hair. You then hold the doll, charging it with energy as you visualize yourself having a relaxing sleep, then put it to bed, then it could work.
