The mote is pronounced mOte (or mot in some cases) for those who don’t know

mote as in the moat around the castle [but you can change it to ''so shall it be'' if you'd prefer] ''So mote it be'' is just a common way to end a spell. You could yell ''pickles'' if it works for you. it's just a way to say ''casting done'' [like how one would say ''Amen'' at the end of a prayer]
