First meditate with the friend you want to be closer with/or focues on the photo then imagine you and your friend having fun. Chant this 3 times

"Friend for now, Friends for ever
Come to me as we will stick together
When I'm sad your there
When I'm happy your there
Please be my friend forver
So mote it be
So mote it be"
