Light the candle (or candles if making your eyes more than one color). Chant this five time: "Oh the colors of life and death change this for me (color (s) of your eyes and then new color(s) of your eyes)"

You might cast a glamour so others perceive your eyes a certain colour, but you cannot change your eye colour.
