Once sesame oil is heated add the Jasmine flowers and take off heat.

Once cooled, strain into bottle and cork.

Keep in a cool dark place, cupboard works fine.

What does it do exactly?

This can work to anoint items in money Magik, though I doubt it would work for love because of the items used. Sesame oil is not a common carrier oil because of the scent, but sesame is good for money, so I assume that is the reason it is used. Be careful using heated oil, you run the risk of burning the herbs. I would make a mix of several money herbs and leaving it to soak in the oil over a month, changing the herbs every week. It removed the risk of burning the herbs.
