This spell could very easily kill a plant, if not just causing it harm. Be wary of random suggestions posted around the internet. It would do you a bit of good to understand a little about plants, and things which may nourish and things which may harm them.

This spell, even if it could be beneficial to a plant, is only about growth, not about changing any aspect of a plant besides that. Still, it would likely harm or kill the plant.
This does not work, this is dumping random bathroom items onto a plant. Consider buying plant food, enchanting the mix, then follow the directions on the bottle and give the right amount to your plants. You could also sit with the plant and say a chant to help it grow. This would combine Magikal energy and mundane work to help the plant.
