• black lipstick
  
• random items around the house that makes you think of them

Find quiet and peaceful place,focus on the person who broke your (or your friends)heart. you will see the flame rise and pop the more you are angry. write their name on a piece of paper put on some black lipstick and kiss the paper begin to burn it over the candle.once it gets small enough drop it in the fire.watch it burn away with your broken heart.
