Make a tea first. If you know how to do it, good. Make sure it's a lot/depends. Can add sugar but not too much. Chant "The most holy creater in this world please hear me, please bless this tea with your holy light and cure any sickness that gives suffer to our entire life, so mote it be!"
Now, visualize a small flower on the top of the tea and later it's dissipate and flowing to the tea. Now, believe that the tea is the God's gift. Everyone can drink it but if you want to keep it later to use it, place it on the small potion bottle. You can carry it everywhere.
If you see somebody's suffering, you can come close to him/her and give it to her/him. You do nice to someone as your heart says you do it because you're sympathize and from your own will you'll have a good return from the god.
