Lay down on a comfortable surface like a couch then just relax, until you're almost in a state of meditation. Once you've gotten to that close your eyes and picture the spot where you are hurt. Then imagine it glowing a colour you would consider positive. Then imagine a hand moving over not quite touching you and pulling all of the painfull ''negative'' energy out. When you see only ''positive energy'' open your eyes and hopefully it worked!:)
