A spell to cure the afflicted

Casting Instructions for 'Healing'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • evergreen pine/cones
  • Rosemary
  • Elderberry
  • Garlic
  • Goldenseal
  • Salt
  • Lavender
  • Bayberry

Take fullmoon water or pure water and cleanse the afflicted if they are sick. Then dump this in a stream going away from you at the waning moon. Will the sickness to follow by then speaking your desire as you pour it out "take this curse far away to never see the light of day " so shall it be.

some of the ingredients for this spell are difficult to come by for a city dweller

I wouldn't suggest Elderberry or goldenseal but the others are great. Nice spell!

So what’s to be done with all the ingredients? If you use the water to cleanse the afflicted person, where do the ingredients come in? Put them in the water before you wash the sick person?? Also- “cleanse the afflicted IF THEY ARE SICK”??? Afflicted means sick.... so..yeah... redundant. A lot of the spells could use an English language editor.

There are far too many spells that need an overhaul. If you want to be an editor too, you can apply [there should be a link at the bottom of the page] I honestly don't know what they're trying to say. Perhaps wipe the area with the items then place it in the water, but that would make it worse I think.
