Use you focus energy into your writening hand or both depending on the pain focus energy but dont let it out build it then slowly let it out into the spot of pain and cleanse it with it.

If you are healing someone else with there permisiondo the same but trap the energy in that spot and absorb the bad energy into yours and take it back out and through it away.
