Very simple. A little lacking, to be honest. You could add more to this spell.

I very much agree there's no ingredients or anything it's a selfish use of the dragons power and has no respect and could definitely backfire

The key to a working like this would lie in the visualizations held, over the chant used. Though I would drop the 'so mote it be' myself... that is a personal preference thing though. This Isa channeling, asking a being to act through you or otherwise to provide energy and action using yourself as an intermediary. As such, while repeating the chant softly build an image of a dragon connected to light and healing arriving to join you. In whatever form that speaks to you. For example, perhaps a white and regal western dragon, with young but motherly features like soft eyes, narrow muzzle, and slender or gentle features along with large, sheltering, feathered wings. (That is just what pops into my head. What/who you connect with may be different.) Imagine that dragon laying a foresaw over your crown, or on your back over the position of your heart, and radiating abundant health and comfort through you and into the person you are wanting to help. Repeat the chant and focus until you feel a specific urge to stop, or until you get a sense of the draconic presence fading (usually meaning the working is complete, or as complete as it can be at that time). Ending off with a period of quiet gratitude never goes amiss either.

Rather simplistic, as outlined I doubt it works. Charge energy, place your hands over the injury, focus energy into the area, imagining it healing while chanting this line. If you do that, I can see it working. But just saying ''heal'' once, does nothing.
