Make sure you are worked up in fury. Chant "You have called me (whatever they called you), so you will know how it feels to be like that! So mote it be!" Scream that last sentence. Make sure you do it at that person's house. When they hear you, if they do, hide. Then, before they eat, imagine that person fat. Then, slip the animal/human fat into their food. The next day, they will start to grow fat, 150 calories per second for 15 minutes. Laugh all you want.
Don't break into someone's house and start shouting how they will gain weight [you can cast a spell from your home] this spell won't work because of the extreme results in such a short time, magick is more subtle. If you want revenge on someone [and don't mind trespassing aparently] look into war water.
You'd still be screaming at the person's house, which would definitely raise some eyebrows. Also, slipping stuff into people's food isn't a great idea either (especially human fat?? Where would you even get that?) Besides that, Nekoshema is right--magick is more subtle than this. There are better ways to exact revenge.
