Take a cup and put the water in it. Then add oil in the water. Also add the soap into the water with Clay.
Stir while chanting:
"Aviik de mai et mey lavie de mai et mey jodos jugos de luif er domnek."
Leave it to rest for 24 hours. When 24 hours is up put the tip of the stick into the water. Leave it there for 2 hours. When 2 hours is up you may put this concoction on the skin of whoever you want to poison.
Note: Do not let anybody have this. If they drink it, it will severely injure them.
I genuinely do not understand the chant, and my attempts to translate it came up with nothing, so until someone can tell me what language that it, I will assume it is gibberish. The chant aside, this is not poison, this does not work. You could try the Evil Queen method, curse one apple and carry a basket of apples to disguise the poison, but again, this is not poison. You could make clay beauty masks, but instead of doing a chant for beauty or confidence, you focus you energy into malice. You could charge the clay mask while imagining the person you are giving it to having a reaction and they break out in acne and their skin gets really dry or oily. Essentially an anti-beauty spell. However, you cannot kill someone by mixing soap and clay and speaking in tongues. Also, if you choose to make a skin cream for someone, include an item they are allergic to, and knowingly give them the item, that is not a spell, that is illegal.
