First you need to lie down/sit up. Visualize a bubble form on your head and imagine it absorb a gray smoke (well, that's was the color my mind given me) from your head. Then, you can feel it as in ascend, detaching from your head. Now, imagine it floating further away into the universe and as let it explode.

And that's it. I hope it works. It works for me but it didn't last that long. Tell me if it works on you.
