You cannot become a vampire.

Apr 19, 2021
Belief is powerful, but magik has natural limitations. Vampires like Dracula are not physically real. They are astral creatures. Humans are physical beings. Magik on the physical is ruled by nature and does not defy nature, ergo, you cannot physically transform into a vampire. You can work with them in your craft, but you cannot become one.

What exactly do we need the incense and cup for? I hold my own beliefs so I won’t be performing this spell. However, I’m curious as to what you expect to do with them.

vampires are spiritual beings they exist on the energetic plane feeding on negativity not in sex clubs feeding on blood. as for human vampires its a difficult art and anyone here cold not master magical vampirism for at least a bit and it will take studying and learning and practicing minor spells not drinking blood and with blood and summoning moon deities as vampire goddesses lets just not for now, eejits

This spell is a mess. I will ignore the things already mentioned when it comes to vampires along with the limitations of magick and discuss the other problems. One, calling on a deity should never be done lightly as you can run the risk of upsetting and even offending them. Yes, spells in Latin do tend to be stronger, but there are some factors to consider before even attempting to recite a spell in Latin. 1) There are two ways of pronouncing Latin words, Classical and Ecclesiastical. If you do not pronounce the Latin correctly, the spell can fail, have unintended results, or even prove to be dangerous. 2) You must consider if the spell is translated and written correctly. There are multiple Latin words for an English word and which one you use is based on the context of the sentence. Most translators, like Google Translate, do not take this into account, which will cause an incorrect translation and may cause a spell to fail or have unintended effects. That being said, the Latin translation of this spell is incorrect as it ignores sentence structure along with other grammar rules for Latin and it borders on offending Selene. Selene is one of the Moon Goddesses of Ancient Greece. The Ancient Romans copied the Ancient Greeks and just changed the names of the Gods. So Selene's Roman counterpart is Luna. So, you'd use Luna, not Selene when reciting the spell in Latin. Because the spell is not fully translated, the chances of slipping up on pronunciation is higher. I understand and know first hand that some words do not have a Latin translation, but if you look up synonyms, you can usually find the Latin word that means the same thing. I have only translated one spell into Latin and I did that after taking two years of High School level Latin, so I was able to recite Latin text out loud fluently using both Classical and Ecclesiastical pronunciations, and could translate and write in Latin with the assistance of a Latin dictionary due to the complexity of Latin. One word can have several different translations and multiple words can mean the same thing in English, but have different context. The only reason I did it once was because I expected the spell to take a while, but it was so powerful that I saw results within 24 hours. This startled me so much that I realized I shouldn't take translating spells into Latin before casting them lightly. It could prove to be disastrous if you do.

I forgot to mention that some deities do not like to be called on, so calling on them could upset them.

The use of Latin does not make any working more or less viable. The association of Latin with magic stems from the Roman invasion of Europe. Locals would witness the ceremony of the priests, pontificating in this strange language, Latin. The Church claimed all kinds of power and miracles, and literacy in Latin was reserved for certain classes, and such knowledge was held from the gentry. Hence, it was assumed to be something special. It is one of many, many persistent fallacies which have been held for over a thousand years thanks to a lot of misunderstandings. Again, the language used does not make or break a spell. And in this case, it doesn't matter whatsoever, because you cannot become a vampire. You are human, and will remain human for the rest of your days. Attempting this spell is a waste of time and effort.
