You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Peppermint leaf
  • Peppermint oil
  • Lavender buds
  • Lavender oil
  • Pinch of catnip
  • Chamomile flowers
  • Pinch of amber powder
  • Pinch of sandalwood powder
  • 3 drops honeysuckle oil
  • Rosemary needles
  • Several dried rose petals
  • Rose quartz chips
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Blend together and grind into a mush, using the essential oils to intensify the smell and bind everything together so it's moist and pasty. If you can't find amber powder add a little more sandalwood. When you feel aggitated and annoyed, open it and smell it for a few seconds. Always keep the lid on when not in use.

If this is used as a cleansing oil or even an incense, this could work to clean away negative energy. If you hope to permanently remove negativity, no. We are both light and dark and we need to find the balance of these energies.
