"Bast, goddess of cats,
Hear my plea.
Please make me a cat!
This desire I have.
As I age as a human,
I shall also age as a cat.
To go human to cat,
Cat to human at will.
Please make me a cat,
With ____ fur.
My eyes shall be the colour of ____,
With _____ flecks as well.
I shall have a special power too,
The power of ____.
The first transformation shall be in __ days time,
At this exact time.
My powers will then come in __ days time,
At the exact time.
Bast, goddess of cats,
I beg of you to hear my plea."
