Sprinkle the bathtub with salt get in it and say this spell
Water of nature talk unto me, Water of nature let the earth come to me,
Water of nature sea creatures and I, will never leave each until I resign,
Oh great oceans, Oh great seas, answer my want answer my need,
make me a mermaid.

You cannot become a mermaid.

It's simply not possible because these sorts of things contradict nature, magick doesn't do that you can buy monofins that look like you are a mermaid/merman but you can't just be one
