But when I am dry I will grow back my feet and return to normal. As a mermaid I will be able to swim up to 300 miles per hour. I will also be able to hold my breath under water for 12 hours. How long does it take to work

This spell will not work. Mermaids and other fantasy creatures are just that. Fantasy. No spell can turn you into anything other than human.
