Casting Instructions for 'Animal Traits Spell'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • 1 Purple Candle
  • A small amount of the animal's fur
  • A small amount of your hair
  • 1 Oak Twig
  • 1 Lavender Twig
  • Crimson Thread

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • 1 Purple Candle
  • A small amount of the animal's fur
  • A small amount of your hair
  • 1 Oak Twig
  • 1 Lavender Twig
  • Crimson Thread

Bind the fur, hair, and twigs with the red thread, light the candle, then proceed to burn the combination over the candle. As you do so, chant the following:

 

"O' entities, give to me (traits) of (the animal in question), and it forever be bound by the flame, by the power of twelve grant forth my request to be forever bound by the flame."

You cannot gain animalistic traits. You could call on animal spirits or use their symbolism to inspire and encourage you, but you cannot say ''make me swift like a rabbit'' and suddenly you are the best runner in your school.
