Create a circle around your spell casting area and say "Make me a neko to frolick and play, with (color) ears and (color) tail. I want my tail to be (length) and (fluffyness)" say this 3 or 4 times a day of becoming a neko.

You cannot physically transform into a neko/cat/catgirl. You cannot physically grow cat ears and tail. Physical transformation of any kind is not possible with Real Magik.
