Items you will need
3 white candles
A Tbsp each of:
-salt
-baking soda
-boneset
-devil's bones
-skullcap
-your favourite essential oil

By the light of 3 white candles add to your bath the following:
salt
baking soda
your favorite scent
boneset
devils bones
skullcap

Immerse yourself in the bath. Clear your thoughts, visualize a protective circle surrounding your aura. Stay in the bath for as long as possible, keeping the visualization going, seeing it becoming stronger. When you leave the bath, take a small amount of the water in a white cup or bowl and sprinkle through out your home.
