Headaches after spells?
By:
Recently I started casting and using magick every day and more often. And after I'm done I get heavy headaches in the forehead region. It's very painful and it calms down after about an hour but the pain still lingers for the whole day. Is that normal? I don't practice black magick so I don't think anything is reflecting back.

You might be putting out so much energy since you are casting a lot. Did you ground and centre yourself correctly? Sometimes when you don't you can get dizzy or headaches afterwards.

What exactly do you mean by ground and center? Maybe I am putting out too much energy.. in that case do you know any way to regenerate energy faster so I can carry on without issues?

In all probability it is because you are draining yourself of energy instead of drawing on the energies that are all around us. That's why properly grounding and centering before and after spellwork is a useful tool.

If you're not familiar with that process, there is a lengthy article I wrote about it that you can read at
