Dreams?

I've been reading into the magick community lately, and the main reason I looked into it is because I have vague future dreams. It starts out with weird details that don't really make sense. Some time passes, and then those details stick. Like talking to someone in a tree about a kanga line as a dream. Few months later, it happened. There was a musical, and main characters (which I was one of) talked to banana peels about recycling. And you'll never believe how they were doing the dancing.

Recently, I've been connecting dreams faster and closer to the present. So, I was wondering if there were any relationships between magick and these dreams, and if so is there a way to strengthen this connection?

To strengthen the connection, I would suggest keeping a dream journal. When you first wake up, write your dreams. Do not try t analyze them immediately. Rather, revisit the journal after several months.

You may notice patterns and themes. This may well help you with interpretation.

So, are dreams related to magic? It's a very strong maybe.

Dreams are a symbolic means of communication from your subconscious. Sometimes a dream is simply your brain reorganizing itself. Sometimes it's just random information and parts of memories being fired off in no particular order.

Sometimes it may have a deeper meaning. Sometimes it is one's own subconscious mind's message about outstanding emotions, things on the person's mind, etc. Some believe it can be a higher message, or astral work.

But that is ultimately up to the individual. This is partly why you can benefit from a journal.

Also, something I didn't mention is how I fall asleep. For almost a year now, when I am trying to fall asleep, I envision rigs surrounding and "scanning" me, like a calmness wave. It's reliably made me calmer in situtations and helped me fall asleep. Recently, I tried a couple of spells and getting into the magick community. It's become easier, faster and no longer requires me to go into a state where I'm half asleep. And I can keep my eyes open now. Are these probably related?
