Tips for a beginner
By:
Hi, I'm new here on the site. I'm kind of confused about where to start. When I saw the site I was immediately interested, because I have been through experiences that no friend or family member believes, astral projections, strange creatures (until today I see from time to time), nightmare that became reality, among other things. Now I come here in the forum ask for some tips. Thank you

there's many helpful pinned threads in this section of the forums you might find helpful. was there anything specific you wanted information on? were you looking for religious information, magickal information, or information on things like astral projection, prophetic dreaming, mythology, folklore and so on?

I'm new here too.
I wanted to ask a few questions:
1)If one choose one of the types of magick (black or white) ,that means they would never be able to practice the other type?
2)Is there any way of making a spell shorter? (I mean,if I don't have the time to chant the entire spell,is there a way of making it shorter?)
3)In some spells there is needed a magic staff or wand, are those really necesary?

1) Magick is magick, it is the intent of the user that changes, one day you could cast aspell for positivity, the next a negative spell you aren't restricted to using any one type of spell or ritual unless you choose to restrict yourself.

2) Spells/rituals/magickal practice doesn't even require words, if you write your own rituals or spells you can add in as many or as few words as you like, what's important is that you have the right knowledge of what goes on behind the scenes of a spell.

3) No items or ingredients are required for spells/rituals/etc, they are added extras that you can choose to or not to use as your practice develops. Wands and staffs are extentions of yourself and can assist in energy workings during spells and rituals, but many people choose to not use them.
