I often see a presumably male black figure standing around me, but i only see him in flickers, I can't look directly at him or her will vanish from sight. I can't see wat he looks like in detail, I just see an approximately six foot pitch black figure just standing there facing me, can I get help as to wat he is?
There are many similarly described entities from many cultures. The one you may find the most commonly mentioned here will be shadow people.

The more you feed them the stronger they grow and the more antics they will pull so they can gain a reaction from you. The first step to dealing with these shadow men is by recognizing their existence and recognizing the need for a proactive approach. They do sometimes leave on their own, but if I were you I wouldn't take the risk.
In your situation, it has already latched onto your subconscious. This I can prove because it appears out of the corner of your eye. It feeds of the paranoia it creates within you. Recognize this and work to fix it. You can do this by first calming yourself and recognizing all of your situation for what it is on an internal level. I don't mean think it out, meditate on it. Calm and balance your energy vibrations. Put a shield over yourself by visualizing an invisible orb surrounding you that nothing can penetrate. Practice daily cleansing techniques and within a months time you should be noticing some positive changes .
