The question was directed to the owner of the thread as I noticed they distinguished the 'magic plane' from a dream. Anyway your reply was interesting. I just find at times that the 'intent' idea is not really straight forward because once you obtain lucidity it is difficult to maintain and if you force it you quickly snap out of the experience.
Black is simply a colour. It often means mystery, the unknown and black candles are often used to banish negativity.
I totally understand what you mean by having wings on the magic plain. It could be a representative of what you see yourself as there, or it could be a gift from a spirit. I know I've gotten a cloak of bird feathers on several occasions from the Goddess. It's supposed to help transform one into a bird :)
very true untdkngdm. I'm not often successful either. Most often I just plain sleep through the night. it doesn't help either that even when it comes to dreaming, I rarely recall them and despite several years of efforts it is just a talent I haven't been able to nail down. So even when I succeed to reach the astral i tend to consciously only remember it as bits and pieces. individual images, or ideas, or a general thought that 'something' happened.
However the information usually ends up surfacing later on. usually while I am conversing with others who would ask some specific question or ask for advice about some particular problem, thought, or topic. It is difficult to describe beyond being a sort of synchronicity or trigger where suddenly I have relevant information and it comes spilling out like it has been slowly percolating through my subconscious and just then reaches the surface.
I think you guys use a different magic style, and misinterpreted the question. There is no astrol plane, and the magic one is simi-physical, and diffrent from the dream, mind, and nightmare scapes. All i asked was do my wings mean i'm evil cause they're black, and scaley.
i think i know what you are doing and there's nothing wrong with it i have heard different people say that imagination is good for the mind. I used to live my fantasies (included flying, telekinesis and going to mecury) in a state i managed to convince myself was 'trance'.
