Deleted Mail
By: / Beginner
Some of the mail I had in my inbox was deleted. I can't find it in any of my folders. It was all from the same person, and actually a couple of the messages, I hadn't even read yet.
I had the same problem with someone else too. All of the messages I received from them just disappeared from a folder, but I did not delete them.
Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone know why it's happening? Thanks!

Ive not experienced that, but it is a really great question. I would hate that if it happened to me!

I've never had this happen to me, but I do know that if your default folder in your mailbox is over a hundred, you are able to use an "auto delete" of messages over a week old. Perhaps did you subscribe to this service? Besides that, the only thing I can think of is that it'd be a glitch, and glitches or errors on the site should be reported to the admin, Petrarca.

I don't have that feature enabled I don't think, but these messages were only a couple days old anyway. And they were just all of the messages I had received from one person, so I'm wondering if somehow they can control that or there is some feature I don't know about...
The other time it happened, it was also all of the messages I had received from one person in particular, and those were over a week old, but they had also been moved to a separate folder, so this still shouldn't have happened.
I don't know. I just wanted to ask if anyone knew what was going on before I reported it.
