protection spell for me

Hi!

I want to learn about protection spell. Can you recommend a newbie like me some protection spells? I am not casting spells yet, so i want to do a protection spell first before practicing with other spells. Spells that can somehow protect me from unwanted entity and psychic/caster attack something like that.

For the charm it can be anything or represents something to you. I have mails saying they had luck with rings, bracelets, necklaces, and broches.

I recommend learning about and practicing energy work before attempting spellwork, it really gives one a deeper understanding of magic and the way it works.

Also all of the protection (and many other) spells I personally cast heavily involve energy work.

@ruby- yes, i have been practicing how to handle and control energy. I am in my third day of practicing shielding. its just that i think i will need some protection even if I build up my shield?
