What do the Astral Dragons look like? I'm pretty sure I saw on when I was astral projecting.

That could easily be possible. Astral projection has a key feature so to say, in form of an individual imagination. Plus due to draconian magic there is large variety of different dragons. What you saw could be either one of those dragons, a fruit of your imagination or a sign that you should look deeper into draconian magic.
