Black Rooster/Cockerel

Hi all,

A couple of years ago a place where I work which is a charity, someone left a dead black cockerel/rooster outside my shop. I was quite confused by this.

Since then my business has suffered and I keep coming back to this moment. Does this kind of activity have a meaning? I have never had a dead animal sent to me before.

Am I being silly and paranoid? Is this a curse?
