Awakening third eye

Hello, um the other night i was meditation for my third eye before i went to bed and as i was doing the third eye meditation all i could see was the triquetra symbol!!! Would any of yous know what that means?

As a symbol the triquetra can represent many things so rather than list them, which might sway your thoughts in one direction, the main question you need to think about is when you saw it or when you think about it what meaning does it hold for you? This symbol appeared in your mind so you're the best one to understand what it means.
