Reiki

I need help I'm new and a member suggested reiki can you guys help me get a few spell about it and those spells can't include candles

Reiki is a practice, a technique you learn over time through training, and is not a spell.

The definintion from a simple google search tells you this:

"Reiki is a form of therapy that uses simple hands-on, no-touch, and visualization techniques, with the goal of improving the flow of life energy in a person. Reiki (pronounced ray-key) means "universal life energy" in Japanese, and Reiki practitioners are trained to detect and alleviate problems of energy flow on the physical, emotional, and spiritual level." *(A)

Perhaps you should do some more research what Reiki is and how it works? There are even classes you can take.

One of the best ways to get start practicing Reiki, is with deep meditation and working on your spiritual self awareness. Building a strong foundation makes a strong house.

Understand that you can find information about the practice of reiki on-line but to actually master it you would need to study with a trained reiki practitioner and undergo the proper attunement at the end of your training.
